Job Description:

- Responsible for Timely and accurate processing of vendor Invoices with respect to statutory compliance including TDS & GST provision & E Invoicing and TCS Compliance.

- Ability to resolve the Queries in relation to capitalisation of assets and / or fixed assets register.

- Shall have strong analytical skills to review agreement for various Business Transaction with respect to statutory requirement.

- Ability to resolve the Queries of other department with respect to statutory provision and Accounting Rules.

- Evaluate and analysis for Reconciliation with Details and Report as compared with Paid and Payable.

- Shall have good Knowledge towards about accounting of various type of payments and it's adjustment in ERP.

- Making and Analysis Policy in respect of current and new changes has been made and Communication with other department to achieve target as defined in Law by Govt.

- Analysis the Warehouse Transaction and check the Cost / Average cost for the Inventory / Sub inventory.

- Evaluate the Form 26AS for all transaction related to during the year and reconciliation with Books of account.

- Having Exposure and working in Big Company to handle Position Individually.

- Handing the Internal audit issue and prepare fixed assets register.

- Have working knowledge of Ledger Reconciliation with vendors.

Key Skills Required:

- Good in Excel and compliances

- Understanding of IND-AS

- Good Understanding of accounting principles and GST Law

- Familiar with Oracle software.

- Team player yet Work individually.

- Strong Ethical to resolve query and support to Business Department.

- Shall have good knowledge about TDS/TCS provision & condition for Availing of GST Credit.
