Finance Manager-Manufacturing

Summary:

- As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial accounting, controlling, reporting, auditing and banking for the listed entity.

- The candidate will work closely with key internal & external stakeholders and support the Controller in managing board meetings, AGM preparations, provide adequate financial analysis, quarterly results, and all statutory compliances.

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-8 years of overall post-qualification experience in controllership, financial closure, reporting & audit functions

- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

- Proficient in financial reporting

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data for decision-making

- Ability to interact with senior management and multiple stakeholders

- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities

- Ability to work independently without supervision

- A self-motivated team player

- Good Planning and Organisational Skills
