Manager - Finance - IT/ITES

Our Client, a Europe Based company is looking for a Finance Manager for their India Headquarters at Delhi.

Position: Manager Finance

Experience : 8-10 years

Location Delhi

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all cash, bank, journal entries in Ledgers

- Processing of Vendor Invoices, Employee claims and related payments.

- Inter-company Invoicing to various group companies and Invoicing to Clients.

- Ensuring timely collection from group companies and clients.

- Ensuring periodic reconciliation of balances with various group companies, clients and vendors.

- Managing funds, temporary investments and relationship with bankers.

- Ensure timely and accurate month end close and reporting to various group companies.

- Preparation of Schedule - VI financial statements and Forms (3CD & 3CEB) under Income Tax Act.

- Timely and accurate filings and deposit of statutory dues - Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT, PF

- Liaison with government departments

- Coordinate all month end close related activities and ensure timely month end close.

- Ensure monthly reconciliation of all statutory payments, timely deposit and related filings.

- Assist in coordinating activities with external counsel / consultants and liaise with government departments viz. Income tax, Service tax, etc.

- Coordinating with internal & external auditors for audit

Qualification: B.COM / M. COM / C.A. (Inter)/ CWA (Inter)

Skills :

- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills

- MS Excel, IGAAP

- Ability to work independently

- Working knowledge of Tally.

Skills (Preferred): IFRS, USGAAP

Experience:

- 8 to 10 years with strong accounting & tax compliance background preferably from IT / ITES industry governed under STPI regulations.

- Recent 2-3 years’ experience should be at least at AM or DM level
