Manager - Finance - IT/FMCG

1. Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department with respect to Month /Year end closing Process, monthly closure of General Ledger (GL) for timely reporting to the group.

2. Accounts Payables (AP)/ Receivables (AR): Verifying Vendor pay-outs, preparation of Creditors, Debtors, and Provisions reconciliation, producing monthly MIS and ensuring timely/ accurate processing of Payroll, vendor payments and employee reimbursement bills.

3. Expense Analysis: Creation and handling of the annual budget for review. Preparation of expense variance analysis reports reviewing major variances versus Budget/last Month expense incurred and analysing the differences for correctness and accuracy.

4. Balance sheet account reconciliation/review (Creditor, Debtor, Prepaid, Advances Schedules and Accruals) and Vendor reconciliations.

5. Fixed Asset Accounting: Oversee Asset accounting with respect to the correct class of assets, depreciation rates etc.

6. Creation, review and manage Quarterly fund requests.

7. Funds Position planning and reporting for better utilization ; Bank Reconciliation and other MIS Reports as desired by Management.

8. Supervision of Internal control process efficiently leading Statutory /Internal Audit closure per pre-defined timelines.

9. Identify the opportunities to automate the reports, snapshots and dashboards using pivot tables, charts, advanced formulae, Macros, VB, and other techniques.

10. Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or required. Strong time management skills required to balance regular monthly tasks with frequent ad-hoc requirements.

11. Vendor relationship management; Interacting with internal customers, banks & external vendors to continuously Participate, Accelerate, and Innovate Control.

12. Must have expertise in negotiating, reviewing and finalization of commercial contracts, business agreements, MoUs, Letter of Intent
