Finance manager :

1. To lead the finance and legal function for a new age startup

Job Description :

Reporting into CEO, you will be responsible for :

1. Leading the finance function driving controllership, business finance, investor relations, legal and compliance

2. Coordinate & direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts & report variances

3. Lead customer & vendor negotiations for better credit control & working capital management

4. Manage & comply with reporting requirements, statutory compliance & tax filings

5. Working with the founders to drive fundraising for the organization

6. Evaluate capital raising activities & lead discussions with investors & stakeholders

7. Lead all investment activities from a financial perspective for the organization

8. Providing strategic thought leadership for profitable growth of the organization

9. Enabling company's growth in international geographies by debottlenecking regulatory and legal hurdles while providing leadership on

The Successful Applicant :

1. CA/MBA (tier-1 business school) with 0-5 years experience

2. Prior experience in working with a scaled up start-up will be preferred

3. Has passion for SaaS technology startups
