Manager Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Support the execution and documentation of Budget & Financial Management processes which consists of annual budgeting and forecasting, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, cost allocation/chargeback, balance sheet management, and accounts payable management

- Meet with functional leaders to review budget/actuals information and develop cost reduction plans

- Own financial management processes to control IT costs

- Develop overall IT dashboards and KPIs for IT functions

- Point person for Financial Management within the IT organization

- Responsibilities include budgeting, monthly tracking, reporting, analysis, and benchmarking of the entire IT spend

- Key driver of cost reduction activities within the IT organization

- Strong communication and social skills

- Able to confidently interact with senior management

- Able to influence people without having direct authority

- Ability to express thoughts in a clear manner

QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

- MBA or Finance degree from a top school

- 5 - 8 years of experience working in analytic related role
