So far they have around 60-70 people back in India which is a private limited firm. The client is a Banking Software product company, their solution is quite famous across the world and used in more than 30 countries.  Face to face Interview: Next week in Bangalore (Week starting 14th)  Finance Head - 7-15 years of Experience  Financial management :  - Maintain day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the board.   - Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control.  - Advise on the proper allocation of resources.  - Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.  - Prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the governing body in conjunction with the board members.  - Make regular reports to the governing body on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets.   - Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to submissions for funding, for grant aid, for contracts and any other initiatives.  - Act as cheque signatory for and authorise expenditure up to limits as agreed by the governing body.  Essential Qualification:  - Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA Accountant, or relevant post qualification experience (MBA Finance)  - Proficiency in financial accounting & reporting, including external statutory reporting and audit  - Management accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting  - Proven ability for implementing and monitoring financial controls  - Staff management experience   - Knowledge of legal and personnel issues  - High degree of IT literacy  - To be passionate about Raleigh International's aims and ethos
