Majority of experience should be with an establishment based out of SEZ so that candidate has the complete understanding of SEZ compliances.
An ideal candidate must be a certified CA and CS will be an added advantage.
1. Review the invoices/statements, GL vouchers before month end closing
2. Ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly end closing completed on time according to group closing timetable
3. Prepare and submit financial reports timely and accurately, including analysis of month-on-month variances; year-on-year variances; quarter-on-quarter variances; budget vs actual etc
4. Monthly preparation and review of profit/loss statements and balance sheets, and resolve or escalate outstanding issues
5. Complete and finalize budget and forecast according to group timelines
6. Calculate manpower rates based on group guidance, and conduct mid-year manpower rates review
7. Complete yearly tax filing, annual inspection of company licenses and bank accounts
8. Prepare analysis of financials to help management identify areas of optimization in the cost structure and aid decision-making
9. Handle and resolve inter-company issues, experience in Financial costing, budgeting, management reporting
