Manager - Finance - Internet/Online

This is a FLEXI ROLE option for senior professionals. One can work from home where he/she is expected to be in office for 2 days in a week; but be available otherwise on phone and email during office hours.

Qualifications: CA / MBA with 5 -7 years relevant experience.

Job Description and Skills required

Accounting :

- Reviewing and finalizing quarterly and annual financial statements prepared by accounts team and reviewed by internal auditor.

- Reviewing financial statements to conform to accounting policies set by auditors and management.

- Reviewing quarterly internal audit report for presentation in Board meeting and ensuring compliance of audit points.

- Prepare all supporting information and Coordinating with statutory auditor at end of the year.

Finance :

- Making long term projections on quarterly basis based on current business trends.

- Analysing and presenting financial performance on quarterly basis.

- Collecting data on competition and other identified sectors to create benchmarks in financial and operational performance of the company.

MIS and reporting :

- Analysis of current MIS structure and recommending changes.

- Finalising and Presenting analysis of monthly MIS to management and recommending action points.

- Presenting MIS to the Board every quarter.

- Managing identified action points till closure.

- Recommending ways of cutting costs by analyzing expenses and segment wise costs.

- Analyzing ROI of various marketing initiatives and other investments.

- Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy.
