Manager - Finance - Internet/Online

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our client, a startup organization. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a proven track record in managing the entire spectrum of finance and accounts. He will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing multiple entities, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Strategy:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the overall goals of the organization.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team on financial implications of business activities.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Lead the budgeting process and create accurate financial forecasts.

- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.

Cash Flow Management:

- Manage cash flow by tracking and analyzing income and expenses.

- Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.

Tax and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.

- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.

Financial Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

- Implement efficient and effective financial processes and controls.

Multi-Entity Management:

- Handle financial matters for multiple entities within the organization.

- Coordinate financial consolidation and reporting across entities.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies.

Strategic Financial Advice:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.

- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial impact.
