Manager - Finance - Housing Finance/NBFC

Job Summary: Responsible for accounting, MIS, data analytics & finance of HFC for delivering higher profitability.

This position is a part of the Senior Management Team, expected to take over all view and contribute towards setting the direction of the Company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Proper accounting of Revenue, Expenses, Collections & NPAs by collaborating with Operations Head

- Ensuring good Relationship with Banks Ensuring good Relationship with Banks

- Preparing Balance Sheet, P&L

- Management accounting of all activities

- Ensure tight control of Expenses by various cuts of MIS

- Reconciliation of all banking accounts with customer accounts

- Prepare MIS, presentation & Dashboards for Senior Management & NHB reporting

- Preparing P&L of branches & products

- Use of Data Analytics in improving processes to reduce cost or improve productivity

- Handling internal, Statutaory & NHB Audit without any serious remarks

Minimum Requirements :

Minimum Qualification : Graduate, Chartered Accountancy (CA) Preferred, At least 6+ years of experience with Out of that minimum 1-2 years in Affordable Housing/ Mortgage business and 5-6 years at National / Regional or Zonal finance head position in retail assets in Banks / HFCs / NBFCs

Skills Required :

- Excellent communication skills and Demonstrate good interpersonal skills

- Team Management and Cross Functional Skills

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

- In-depth knowledge of Housing Finance, Financial KPIs & regulatory aspect of Finance department and Regulatory aspect of National Housing Board

- Relationship management with various impaneled vendors & banks

- Strong understanding of financial platform like TALLY
