Manager - Finance - Hospitality/Retail/Residential Sector - BFS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Ability to build complex financial models from scratch for evaluating opportunities (investment / divestment) in hospitality, retail and residential sectors

- Conduct valuations of above opportunities

- Equity Raise as may be undertaken by the group

- Management of Private Equity relationships 

- Reporting requirements, Compliances, Periodic Review Meetings, etc.

- Provide support to the business teams, as may be required, for any new asset acquisition

- Research on real estate - domestic, international, etc.

- Support business teams on various analysis, etc. in respect of existing projects
