Manager Finance ( C.A 1st Attempt ) -- MNC Healthcare Major

Key responsibilities would be :

- Responsible for preparing & monitoring Business Plan Responsible for preparing & monitoring budgets including Capex.

- Responsible for timely and accurate analysis of books of accounts

- Responsible for Commercial decision making, pricing mechanism & profitability

- Responsible for credit control & vendor management Review and Consolidation of the MIS reports for the business unit

- Ensure all direct & indirect taxes accounted regularly and deducted at source & ensure adherence to act.

- Lead the Finance function to provide efficient, accurate and timely financial information and ensure that SOX, business partnering is done as per the process

- Responsible for P&L planned goal

Desired Profile :

- The Successful Applicant should be a qualified CA 1st attempt with 9+years of post qualification experience working with finance & accounts in the manufacturing sector.

- Strong in management reporting

- Should have strong business acumen and have managed team members efficiently in your past assignments.

- Should be a excellent communicator and have demonstrated an ability to read beyond numbers and present sustainable business plans.
