Manager - Finance - Food Processing Firm - CA

- GL review sign off, ensuring overall GL control co-ordinating across finance team, addressing all open issues at GL level, project accounting management. Review and manage all Balance Sheet schedules to ensure right accounting and controls, IND AS implementation and leading the project

- one point contact for all the IFC, FCF, UK SOX, requirements, Internal audit co-ordination, Align the controls environment with group requirement, Set up and ensure review of all controls on a quarterly basis, Manage Internal audit requirements

- Lead the Statutory audit work, prepare and manage financials, timely closure and clean audit report, focus on timelines, co-ordination, timely escalation, Ensure minimal audit entries

- Business review reports, Data Analytics on Sales, Margins, P & L, Working capital for one of our Business units.

- Ensure full ownership of ERP system in terms of right master set up, management, Work on automation for all the above areas.

- Lead the AP process improvements, get the best out of ongoing automation project.
