- Preparing & reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS to Directors/Shareholders/Investors

- Timely budgeting, forecasting and ensuring efficient cash flow management

- Successfully identifying new avenues for Cost reduction and profit maximization.

- Managing AR, AP

- Sharing periodic MIS, Budgets, Cash flow and Variance Reports

- Ensuring timely compliance of Direct and Indirect taxes
