Being consistent, accurate, Team players and open to learn are key characteristics that the person must possess. Should have a very good knowledge of Audits , Taxation Budgeting , Monthly Group Reporting accounting and Treasury also having knowledge about accounting software systems ERP will be an added advantage.

A few other relevant skills and job duties would include the following:

Accounts & Audit:

- Would be responsible for Statutory, Internal, Tax, Transfer Pricing Audits any other Audits required by any statute

- Handling Statutory Auditors, finalising financials and getting it Audited

- Responsible for providing data to our group Auditors of E&Y - Israel

- Review of routine accounting entries and instructing corrections wherever required.

- Periodic review of the Accounting Ledgers and instructing for corrections

- Half yearly Listing requirements of Parent company.

Direct and Indirect taxation:

- Would be responsible for fling GST returns.

- Review of TDS returns and instructing corrections if any.

- will be responsible for Handling assessments of Income tax, GST etc.

- Calculation of Advance Tax and assisting in filing Income Tax Returns.

MIS, Group Reporting and Budgeting:

- Assisting in Group Reporting to Parent Company in stipulated Timelines and strict deadlines

- Would be responsible for giving information to parent company as and when required

- Liasoining and coordinating with Parent finance department for instructions and guidelines

- Assisting in Budget Exercise for all the departments, coordination with Sales & service Team for Budget data

- Preparation of PowerPoint presentation for Board meeting and for management meetings.

Treasury:

-Liasoning and coordinating with Bankers for remittances

- Preparing documentation for Bank Guarantee, LC etc

- Negotiating for best exchange Rates and bank Charges for Remittance

Sales Support:

- Supporting Sales Deals - Getting approval from the country Manager on Pricing and Gross Margin

- Preparation of Invoicing and Backlog report weekly

- Assisting in Preparation of Tender Documents as and when required.
