Manager - Finance - FMCG/Manufacturing Firm - CA

- Responsible for financial and management accounting of the company in compliance with Ind AS

- Management reporting, business performance review & budgeting

- Work on improving existing processes and systems and strengthening controls

- Business Partnering and stakeholder management

- Monthly MIS review along with CFO and Business team and bringing insights in terms of performance

Preferred qualifications and experience :

- Female CA with 15+ years of experience

- Prior experience handling finance in manufacturing setup

- Knowledge of manufacturing & plant related controls and compliances including factory & labour laws, inventory management skills and product costing will be critical

- Business partnering experience

- Worked in a multi-cultural and multi geography organization (exposure in a Matrix Structure is preferred)
