Finance Manager

CA/CA-Inter/ICWA with 5 to 10 yrs experience in FMCG company.

Industry Experience : The candidate shall possess the corporate experience of minimum 5 years to 10 years.

Responsibilities :

- Management of Subsidiary Accounts.

- Coordination with US Team

- Periodical GL Review / AP / AR and publication of Results with qualitative comments

- Proper Maintenance of Receivables/Payables.

- Due Diligence Assistance

- Consolidation of A/c's under Ind-AS.

- Validation of all Export Organic Indents - Both Conventional and Organic

- Analysis of Slow-Moving Inventory

- Automation of ERP.

- Analysis of Pricing Pattern in US Subsidiaries.

- Liaisons with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors

- Implementation of best practices

- Indirect taxes including GST

- Bookkeeping of Joint Venture Accounts

Other Specifications :

- Associate should be assertive.

- Associate should have Good Interpersonal Skills and Good Communication Skills

- ERP Savvy and Tech Savvy.
