Purpose of the Job Role:

The overall purpose is to manage the accounting, Month end closures, MIS, and Annual audits.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Responsible for reviewing day-to-day accounting and producing financial reports like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses and General Ledger.

- Prepare month-end closing report, monthly financial statements, and Trial Balance analysis.

- GL review, Ageing Analysis, Debtors & Creditors reconciliation. intercompany reconciliations.

- Timely and accurate reporting, preparation, and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements.

- Strict adherence of timeline for finalisation of monthly & annual accounts including MIS.

- Stock Audit, Consumption analysis, GRN & GI analysis, Open GRN.

- Year-end Tax audit schedules, Statutory audit schedules, GST Monthly and annual audit.

Role Outcome:

- Overall responsibility of handling entire accounting functions.

Qualification Criteria:

Minimum Educational Qualification:

- CA with 3+ years experiences or Masters in commerce (M. Com) with 5+ years of experiences

- Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge

- CA with 3+ years' experience or M.Com with 5+ years' experience or in finance and accounting. Prior SAP working experience. Good working knowledge on excel & power point.
