Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop & implement effective Business Planning, Budgeting, Performance Analysis, and Monitoring processes for the Online business/Offline to provide decision support to business leaders

- Manage the development and maintenance of accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Account Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc.

- Facilitate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reviews with data analysis and follow through with the business team on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time

- Prepare and Analyse Monthly Financial Information and MIS.

- Preparation of Annual Budget and tracking.

- Ensure all statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)

- Liaise with other department heads of the organization for operational support.

- Manage Internal and statutory auditors.

Experience: Professional with 5-7 years of experience in the field of finance management.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance

Skills Required:

- Preferably an experience as a Finance Manager in a start-up or D2C environment.

- Familiarity with the unique financial challenges and opportunities in the Online / Offline sector.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.

- Proficiency in financial software ( eg SAP ) and tools.
