Manager - Finance - FinTech - CA

As a Manager Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial aspects, ensuring compliance, and optimizing processes for efficiency.

What you will do:

- Demonstrating a solid understanding of accounting and treasury operations in a fintech/NBFC environment

- Executing and overseeing tasks related to book closure, monthly financials, MIS, and preparation of key business matrices

- Conducting variance analysis to identify and address financial discrepancies

- Ensuring compliance with GST/TDS regulations for accounting, payment, returns, and overall financial activities

- Managing and coordinating audits, including statutory, internal audits, tax audits, and due diligence

- Overseeing vendor reconciliation, ageing analysis, and payment planning

- Conducting periodic reviews to optimize vendor-related processes

- Reviewing and optimizing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

- Supervising payroll processing and filing of related returns such as PF/ESI/LWF/PT/S&E

What you need to have:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a fintech company/NBFC (mandatory)

- In-depth understanding of accounting and treasury operations within the fintech/NBFC sector

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and deliver results in a dynamic environment

- High levels of ownership, with the ability to work independently under guidance

- Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills
