CA with 4+ years of experience in plant/ factory Finance from any manufacturing industries.

Job Role :

1. Finance business partner for tracking order profitability at various stages (Order booking, Manufacturing release, Execution)

2. Variance analysis - Order stage Vs Actual

3. Monthly books closing activity, specific focus on Annual Closures

4.Accounts payable management and control

- Monitoring and controlling of vendor advances, AP balances, aging

- Cash flow forecasting and controlling

- Vendor reconciliations

- MSME Compliances

5. Accounts receivables management and control

- Monitoring receivables aging, credit controls as per policy

- LC, BG controlling and management

- Receivables reconciliations

6. Factory controlling and Inventory Management

- Monitoring Inventory and WO aging, scrap accounting

- Cycle count, physical inventory variance and accounting, Annual stock counts

- FA Verification

- Absorption / recovery and capacity utilization monitoring for plant

- Variance Analysis, yield monitoring

- Preparation and validation of cost sheets

7. Budget preparation, forecasting & Monitoring deviation therefrom

8. Cost control, cost reduction, Opex control and review

9. Co-ordinate with plant management to analyse / optimize cost and enhance profitability

10. Putting systems, process, controls on shop floor and stores area

11. CAPEX Investment decisions, Make Vs Buy Analysis

12. Post CAPEX, Investment analysis
