TITLE : Finance manager Exp. Required : 2-8 yrs Location : Tardeo(Mumbai Central) after a few months to Marol Andheri (E) Candidates will have to go to both the offices JD : a) Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan b) Present the P&L Projections to the Management Team and ensure correct alignment to the same c) Daily / Weekly & Monthly MIS on various business parameter. Publishing monthly Performance Analysis report based on which various business decision making. d) Bring financial insights to drive accountability, efficiency and growth opportunities e) Manage the accounts executives f) Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax and other regulatory paperwork g) Ensure right accounting of revenue & debtors to further ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared h) Maintainance of inventory reports and triggering stock reports on a weekly basis i) Ensuring the company's books of accounts are maintained in a timely and orderly fashion j) Coordination with auditor for statutory compliances and audit requirements Education Qualifications: - CA Qualified degree is a must Experience & Skills: - Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in the E-Commerce/FMCG/Retail Industry is must - Deep knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis - Proficiency in MS office and clear knowledge of Excel Functions like Pivot Tables, Vlookups etc. is preferred - Ability to communicate strongly Hindi and English - Ability to maintain and motivate a team of 5+ members.
