Finance Manager role with e-commerce MNC, CA/MBA, 8-12 Yeras exp

Role Overview :

Looking for a Finance Manager (Individual Contributor). This role reports into the Senior Director of the Finance & Analytics, and has a dotted line to a Senior Manager of Finance. The role also works closely with the GM.

Job Requirements :

- Own end to end fiscal management of the Bangalore Center.

- Maintain detailed budget and forecasts- Should have hands on experience in building financial models, working closely with the senior leadership team & support them in finalizing the budgets & forecast.

- . Financial analysis & cost management - Own the complete P&L. Publish tactical reports to give visibility to the management teams. Support & guide strategic decisions with strong financial analysis

- Statutory & compliance - Work closely with the other divisions like controllers, taxation, HR & payroll etc to make sure Bangalore center is 100% compliant with both internal & external policies

- Finance operations - Take care of the day to day finance support such as PO approvals, Review & approving contracts, drafting policies, headcount planning, Vendor management, month close activities, accruals, finance trainings etc

- Support global finance organization on accruals, Capitalization, budgets, finance reports, maintaining cost center hierarchy etc.

Job Skills required :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in a corporate Finance role managing cost centers - preferably global experience in a multi-national product or technology organization.

- Experience with managing P&L finance for revenue centers is a plus.

- Ability to work independently on complex financial projects ranging from budgeting/forecasting, statutory/compliance, financial operations, vendor management, reporting and basic analytics.

- Ability to work well with leadership, yet execute tactically with mid-managers and support staff

- Ability to proactively take initiative and drive work

- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
