Manager - Finance & Due Diligence (big 4)

- Managing and participating in due diligence engagements and leading engagements

- Analyzing financial/operational results

- Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information

- Preparing/analyzing & reviewing financial statements

- Close coordination with various teams across the Globe and regular travel to offices in Africa

- Assisting in identifying opportunity areas for working capital improvements.

- Managing and participating in due diligence engagements and leading engagements

- Analyzing financial/operational results of target companies by reviewing their accounting records and conducting interviews with management

- Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information

KPI :

- Ensuring Error free work

Scope of work :

- Involvement in Global assignments

- Should have exposure to audits and should have worked in big 4.

Education:

- Should be an MBA in finance or a CA
