Designation & Role: Manager - Corporate Strategy

Reporting To:Deputy General Manager - Corporate Strategy

- Experience in Retail/FMCG industry is preferred.

Location: Head Office , Mumbai

Education

MBA Finance/CA with strong academic performance with an emphasis on strategy and organization process is required.

Experience: Minimum 3- 8 years relevant post qualification

Job requirement : Looking for an experienced person who can help in shaping up our organization's long-term strategy and develop measures to realize the business objectives. The person will be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals, and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.

Job Description :

1. Generate periodic dashboards, reports and analyze information, highlighting areas of concern and reasons behind it for discussion and decision making with management to highlight the business performance.

2. Supporting the development of long, medium- & short-term company strategy.

3. Defining & aligning each business channel or departmental goals, processes, and strategies with the company strategy.

4. Assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals/objectives, and implementing processes that improve company's effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.

5. Defining or redefining the processes, standards, or operational plans based upon business strategy/objectives.

6. Conducting market and industry researches and analyses, to map the opportunities for the company, competitive landscape, processes, etc.

7. Working on various new projects across functions.

8. Preparing financial models and business plan projections both at channel-wise & at company level.

9. Preparation of weekly/monthly metrics and key business dashboards specific to different channels.

10. Monthly management reporting, updating reporting decks & management reviews.

11. Reviewing Budget vs Actual nos. of all channels to ensure the progress is tracked on monthly basis.

12. To identify various processes to ensure accuracy in all manually generated MIS.

13. Preparation & submission of various reports to US on timely basis.

14. Support various teams with key management reporting as appropriate.

15. Working as part of a diverse team with a wide range of people and exposure to Regional /Business Owners.

16. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Remarks

- Experience in Retail/FMCG industry is preferred.

- Proactive, independent, and focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Outstanding research and analytical abilities.

- Female candidate will be preferred.
