One of our clients is a leading financial services investment banking focused firm with presence in different countries.
They are hiring for Finance Control Manager to be part of their HR processes and accounting within the same team.
Job Responsibilities:
- End to end accounting, reporting, balance sheet substantiation for HR processes as per IFRS.
- Preparing income statements, investment accounting, variance analysis, and preparing management reports.
- Managing team, and overseeing day to day activities
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the books and records.
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- CA/CPA with 7-11 years of relevant experience in finance control, accounting, and reporting
- People management experience with exposure working with global stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards such as IFRS, IAS 19, IndAS
- Experience working with banking, financial services, public accounting or Big 4s.
- Excellent communicator with exposure working with global teams.
