Manager Finance Control

- Operational - Periodic review, validation, and enhancement of Internal Financial controls (IFCs) for various processes including enhancing compensating / validation controls across various processes, as feasible.

- Periodic review of various finance systems / modules etc. to identify opportunities of further enhancement.

- Identify the processes / activities which are currently manual that can be automated.

- Create a robust control mechanism to ensure Timely, accurate and appropriate Revenue Recognition methodology including Statutory, regulatory, and legal compliances surrounding revenue billing and recognition thereof.

- Evaluate Annual Budgets / spends mainly for Key / strategic projects from finance angle to monitor Time / cost overruns and appropriate escalation in case of any major deviations.

- Analytical review of costs to evaluate efficiency, outcome & reporting thereof.

- Evaluate, review & sign off all technology spends (both capex & opex) as a part of process before it's put up to the CXO Committee for approval.

- Review of IT spends (CapEx + OpEx) for effective, efficient, and productive utilization of resources.

- Design, Develop and Implement robust framework for ownership / substantiation of various resources, Assets and Liabilities

- Design, develop and Implement framework for reconciliation review and validating controls.

- Analytical review of Treasury from the standpoints of implementation of Prudential norms, robustness of processes followed, ALM, optimum returns etc.

- Review of Group companies' performance

- Stakeholder Management Liaise with internal stakeholders across Department and Group companies.

- Control & Risk Management To ensure overall control and Risk from FC perspective
