- We have this opportunity with a leading consulting firm for this role we need Qualified CA (3-10 yrs. experience)
- Assist clients with respect to technical accounting advisory, GAAP convergence, Financial Reporting Process Advisory, Fund accounting, Capital Market readiness.
- Provide technical as well as financial reporting process assistance in relation to conversion from local GAAP to US GAAP/IFRS/ Ind AS
- Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective
- Hands-on experience of working on Fund Accounting, reconciliations and reporting for investment funds across strategies
- Familiarity with the Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements
- Experience of conducting training covering accounting standards/ Companies Act
- Working knowledge and exposure to MS Office, ERP systems like Oracle, SAP and Tally
