Manager - Finance - Construction Industry

Overseeing the development of business growth, our Client is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager in the construction industry. Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager key focus is to develop and maintain finance process and systems. He/She will be responsible in making critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's finances.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting transactions for the different entities

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

- Prepare budget forecasts

- Publish financial statements in time

- Ensure timely tierd party payments

- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

- Report on the company's financial health and liquidity

- Audit financial transactions and documents

- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

- Comply with financial policies and regulations

- Others duties as required
