Manager - Finance - Construction Industry

1. Liaison with Financial Institutions, banks in obtaining the permissions for setting up overseas operations.

2. Should have sound knowledge on Bank Guarantee, Letters of Credit operation as the job involves obtaining Bank Guarantees for the overseas clients for submission of tenders, execution of contracts.

3. Dealing with the banks in Indian and Overseas for opening of accounts, maintenance of the same and release of payments. Should have handled multiple currency accounts.

4. Obtaining PEM Approvals/ Amendments for foreign projects at the initial stages and during the execution.

5. Periodical submission of DPX reports to banks by co ordinating with the overseas entities.

6. Should have strong communication skills and ability to prepare robust MIS reports.

7. Merging of Accounting data of overseas projects into Indian Accounts as per IGAP.

8. Should have knowledge in SAP and able to monitor and review the accounts maintained at overseas locations.

9. Should have knowledge in Construction Industry and should align with execution teams in preparation of Cost to Complete statements for the projects.

10. Providing support for new Financial Arrangements of Overseas projects - providing data and documents to banks, vetting of loan documents, getting necessary resolutions, signing of documents, disbursement by liaisoning with Corporate teams and other subsidiary companies, if required.

11. Supporting Tendering dept. for bidding in foreign projects by providing the necessary data/ documents needed by them and various certificates required from the auditors.

12. Payment to suppliers/ service providers to foreign projects from bank accounts in India

13. Coordination with Statutory Auditors, completion of accounts with in the time schedules and providing the same to the Auditors.

14. Fulfilling requirements of foreign banks in respect of data/ documents - at the time of periodical review of our limits.

15. Should have knowledge in exports and basic knowledge in export procedures and formalities.
