Job Requirements: - Liaison with Banks, Private Equities, Credit Rating Agencies - Processing of Loan Sanctioning Documents - Arranging for Buyer's Credit, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, LCBD, and Fixed Deposits - Dealing with all transactional and cost part related to the above-mentioned instruments with Banks - Preparation of CMA, FFR, Stock Statement, Unhedged Foreign Currency Certificate and such other quarterly/half yearly compliances required to be complied with all sanctioning banks of the Company - Arranging &amp; Managing Finance for the Company - Ensuring compliance with bank's credit policies - Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential - Meticulous attention to detail - Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualification - MBA in Finance or CA (at least IPCC pass)
