Role: Manager Accounts & Finance

Exp: 4-15 yrs

Job location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli)

Education: Qualified CA, CS OR Qualified CS, CA Semi qualified with the experience in the areas of Accounts, Finance and Statutory compliance.

Job Profile:

- Fund Management & Budgeting

- Monitoring of Statutory Liabilities (VAT, CST, Service tax, Excise duty, PF, ESI, Advance Tax) considering inputs and Filing of Returns

- Collating, preparing, interpreting the accounts, business reports & financial reports

- Monitoring and scheduling of Accounts Payables, Receivables

- Inventory accounting and verification of the same on monthly basis

- Ensure underlying accounting records are accurate and complete in all aspects.

- Preparation of projections, Management accounts & MIS reports.

- Intercompany reconciliations

- Filing of credit records with CERSAI and Credit Information Companies (Equifax,CIBIL, Experian &Crif High Mark)

- Coordinating with Internal Audit and Statutory Audit team

- Preparation of Financial statements on monthly basis and reporting the same with Management

- Filing of Half-Yearly returns with IRDAI and RBI

- Supporting the in-house software development team on updating and improving the existing accounting package

- Reviewing the business performance periodically and reporting the same to the Board

- Team Management.

Year-end activities:

- Assistance in Finalization of Group companies accounts

- Ensuring that financial statements are prepared as per the applicable accounting standards

- Thorough review of related party disclosures as it is a conglomerate of multiple companies
