Finance and Compliance Manager For this role CA and CS is must. Roles and Responsibilities: Financial: 1. Estimating the funds required to undertake tasks and complete projects 2. Developing budgets and minimising debt costs 3. Procuring financing through financial institutions 4. Calculating investment risks and opportunities 5. Supervising month-end processes and reporting 6. Performing business administration 7. Ensuring correct and timely submission to tax advisors, external auditors, CCO, CFO, and other Public/Statutory Filings. 8. Maintaining financial records 9. Creating balance sheets 10. Preparing cash flow statements 11. Enforcing internal controls 12. Business accounting 13. Identify opportunities and recommend business investments 14. The expenditure of various departments 15. Liaising with banking partners Secretarial: 1. To oversee all compliances pertaining to the secretarial function of the Company 2. Act as Subject Matter Expert to Senior Management 3. Coordinating with external and internal teams/statutory authorities 4. Handling Board and Committee Meetings and drafting Minutes, Notice for Board, Committees and Members 5. RBI Compliances including filing Annual Returns and filing FEMA returns 6. Maintaining Statutory Register 7. Filing ROCs Forms Reporting: To the MD and Group CFO
