Payroll and statutory compliance management - Candidate should have minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in Finance & accounting function, preferably in development or other commercial projects. - Should possess operating knowledge of statutory requirements and accounting in mid-sized companies. - Provide information to enable transfer pricing to be compiled and maintain cost records for audit. - Candidate should have excellent communication skills (oral as well as written) and should be proficient in MS office, tally and other accounting ERP software; Knowledge of MS-NAV would be an additional advantage. - Candidates should possess strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication skills - Demonstrated ability to work in a team keeping cordial relationships with all departments.
