Manager - Finance - Commercial/Inventory - Home Decor/Furnishing Industry

Responsibilities:

- The role is responsible for Inventory controls and Expense accounting in the organisation.

- You will be driving the operational efficiency in the company by driving expenses control, cost reporting with the team.

- Monitoring the commercials/inventory movement on a timely basis.

- Responsible for inventory efficiency and taking corrective measures to maintain it.

- Managing routine operations and ensuring timely accounting.

- Cost control and reporting.

- Assistance in closing monthly books of accounts.

- Assistance in concluding physical, statutory and internal audits for Inventory.

- Should be able to provide leadership and guidance to the team.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: MBA from a premium institute/ICWA/CA.

- Candidate must have worked with Big4 firms in current or previous roles.

- Familiar with ERP environment.

- Preferred candidates should have worked in Big4/Corporates.

- Should have possessed good communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders.

- Should have worked in fast paced/new age environment.
