Manager - Finance - CA - Retail/Pharma/QSR

Our client has aggressive plans to build a strong presence in the luxury retail sector in India, spanning across various segments such as apparels, shoes, accessories, jewellery etc.

Location: Mumbai

Potential Key Result Areas include:

- Drive business partnership with various functions to support achievement of ambitious and profitable business growth.

- Driving cost reduction initiatives. Generating new ideas which address issues and tackle the underlying causes of problems to create strategies and a vision for the future.

- Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost to operate statement along with supporting analysis

- Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to operations management. Develop metrics and tracking system for major cost drivers

- Should have working knowledge of Costing systems and controls, able to articulate product costing and analysis

- Timely completion of various audits

- Should have sound knowledge on various systems and controls including financial statements closing process/order to cash/procurement to pay.

- Should have understanding/working knowledge of statutory compliance including both direct taxes and indirect taxes

Qualifications and Specifications:

- Post Grad: CA

- Should have worked on SAP Module 3.

- Work experience: Minimum 5-12 years.

- Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written is a must.
