Job Responsibilities:  - Strong accounting knowledge and ability to identify and handle potential accounting issues.   - 3 to 5 year of experience in US GAAP consolidation  - SEC fillings ( Form 10k and 20 F)  - Sox compliance and MIS  - Must be excellent in Excel and PPT  - Strong in financial analytical skills especially relating to the solar / similar sector  - Support internal and external auditors in providing them with timely information and escalate any issues with the respective stakeholders  - Understands the internal and process control requirements for a public company  - Strong understanding of financial principals and covenants related to equity and debt.  - Handle statutory payments and assessments independently   Job Specification :  Qualification & Experience : CA with 3+ years of experience, Big 4 experience is preferred but not a requirement.  - Excellent communication skills.  - Good understanding of business and financial orientation to support strategic decisions.  - Ability to be flexible as to hours during busy periods in order to ensure deadlines are met.  - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization, including senior management.  - Strong interpersonal skills.  - Detail oriented and able to multitask, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.
