Description :

As a Finance Manager, you will be directly reporting to the Finance Director(Ireland) and GM Operations(India) and will be responsible for the following:

- Lead a local team of 2 finance staffs and collaborating with the cross function leads in managing the Indian Manufacturing and Sales Operations.

- Manager the Indian finance function and reporting to the Management in India and Ireland.

- Full responsibility and oversight of the businesses finance function to include prompt and accurate reporting of financial information with P&L, Balance Sheet, Variance Analysis, Cashflow & KPI's, ensuring appropriate systems and internal controls are in place and management of cost.

- Direct management of the corporate/ indirect taxation, all statutory compliances including RBI directions and treasury operations involving cash management, Forex transactions and liaising with banks and consultants.

- Address the tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting & financial reporting activities alongside book keeping, administration around payroll, customer shipments, sales invoicing, supplier payment processing and effectively handle the statutory audit, Transfer Pricing and Tax Return Filing.

- Support decision making on profitability, tendering, effective spend, process improvement, and highlight major action areas.

- Partner with the sales team in providing financial insights and coordinating all customer collection activities.

- Play a key role in supporting the budget preparation and forecast activities.

Profile :

You are a Chartered Accountant with a proven track record of 4+ years in financial accounting and reporting. You have prior experience in manufacturing MNC and a good working experience in NetSuite or any other ERP. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), team work and supervisory capability is a must.
