Manager - Finance - CA - IT Support Centre

Finance Manager, India for a very large US MNC into medical diagnostics for their global IT support centre. Looking for CA with minimum 10 years alround experience. experience of US GAAP is must.

The Finance Manager performs quantitative analysis in a supporting role for the India Global Information Center Site Leader, the US IT Finance Director, and the Global Finance Leadership with various projects and ad hoc requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist with month-end close, as required. Tasks range from the generation of journal entries, to the generation of financial reports.

- Support India Global Information Center Site Leader with various ad-hoc information requests; develop reports to assist in financial planning

- Support US IT Finance team with requests as needed including monthly reporting and savings/spend tracking.

- Perform special projects as requested.

- Own, analyze, and develop reports to assist in the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process.

- Identify, research, and recommend process improvements to ensure internal controls and processes support the achievement of operational and financial goals.

- Review monthly account reconciliations.

- Working knowledge of classification of capital expense vs. operating expense.

- Act as Finance liaison for internal and external audit requests.

- Build, maintain, and continuously improve the control environment.

- Own control testing and internal audit review coordination.
