Manager - Finance - CA - International Financial Reporting Standard

Required:-

- Well versed in local and international Financial Reporting Standard, taxation, regulatory and compliance reporting requirements in India

- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Independent, self-motivated, team player and meticulous

- Excellent process orientation and coordination skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Practical experience of working in an ERP environment will be preferred

Responsibility :

Reviewing and supervising the work done by the team of Finance Executives

- Monthly financial results closing, financial analysis and reporting

- Handle quarterly reviews, including budgeting and forecasting

- Finalization of accounts and assisting in taxation matters

- Cash management and cash flow reporting

- Closing of monthly financial results

- Taxation matters

- Cash management and cash flow reporting

- Liaising with auditors and tax agents

- Preparing financial returns to regulatory bodies

- Assisting in dealing with regulatory bodies

- Liaising with bankers on a regular basis for corporate account management

- Assisting in Human Resources related issues

- Ad-hoc financial matters and projects that may be assigned from time to time

- Liaise with auditors and tax agents

- Responsible for statutory payments and timelines

- Prepare various returns and deal with regulatory bodies

- Liaise with banks, institutions, valuers, statutory bodies, consultants and internal departments
