Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA/CPA/CMA - Automotive/Manufacturing

Key responsibilities:

- Managing Financials activities if India business, including the P&L and Balance Sheet

- Responsible for the overall fiscal discipline including revenue, capital and operating expenditure within the guidelines of field operating model of the company.

- Provide month end financial reports to BU Management and Group Finance.

- Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure that audits and reviews are carried out effectively and all audit/review comments are discussed and appropriately closed.

- Analyse monthly management reports, identify and follow up on significant variances with company managements and recommend appropriate measures to senior management.

- Contribute to and coordinated the quarterly forecasting process to validate that companies within the plan to achieve their annual budget.

- Coordinate and train a team of more than five accountants in financial planning and reporting activities to achieve financial planning and reporting requirements.

- Preparing monthly MIS pack for the senior management with detailed analysis, variance and presentation of the performance of the Group.

- Managing the treasury activities by enhancing cash flow/risk mitigation and efficiently using the corporate funds while ensuring adherence with the company's policies and statutory obligations.

- Maintain genial business relations with bank authorities to manage the business requirement.

- Maintain weekly forecast along with the business partners as well as striving towards enhancing operational excellence for meeting key KPI- s, variance analysis etc

- Working as a single point of contact and resolving corporate revenue, legal and tax as well as credit and collection issues in close collaboration with associated cross-functional business partners.

- Should have handled Accounts Receivables and Payables

- Maintain monthly project backlog while strictly following to group reporting timetables.

- Knowledge and experience in Direct and Indirect tax including GST, and central excise

- Knowledge and experience in closure of Assessments.

- Compliance towards RBI guidelines for import/export, merchant trade, FDI

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10+ years of accounting experience in a good multinational manufacturing company.

- With an educational qualification of CA, ICWA, CPA or CMA.

- Must be ready to travel to regional offices as and when required.

- Candidate must be a team player, must have previous experience in leading a team.
