We are having an opening for Africa (Nigeria) with one of the renowned FMCG company.

Qualification : MUST HAVE CA DEGREE

Job Description :

- Preparation and finalization of reviewed/audited consolidated financial statements quarterly/annually.

- Compilation of Revised Schedule VI information and disclosures for the Annual report complying with requirements of Accounting Standards, Companies Act and other relevant statutes.

- Core team member of Ind AS implementation.

- Preparation and finalization of SEBI release in accordance with clause 40 of listing agreement along with SEBI disclosure.

- Guidance to affiliates within the group on specific accounting issues, as and when required.

- Analysis of financial statements through tools such as Financial Ratios, Variance/Trend analysisetc. for review by Audit Committee.

- Providing support to project finance team in preparation of offer documents etc. for fund raising and other activities as and when required.

- Providing financial information/reports to banks and financial institutions as per the terms of loan covenants on a quarterly/yearly basis in coordination with central treasury team.

- Handling OEM Financing, Receivable Purchase Financing and Channel Financing arrangement that the Company has with Bank to recoup its Working Capital requirement.

- L/c finance arrangement for customers as per UCP 600 and discounting of bills.

- Analysis of Accounts Receivable like ageing analysis of debtors, outstanding and overdue position and customer account reconciliations.

- Cost and sales analysis profit center wise and MIS reports for management control.

- Statutory matters Sales Tax, Central Excise, Service Tax, Income Tax.

- Finalization of Quarterly and Annual accounts of northern region.

- Taking all responsibilities in each and every area of business and assisting in Financial Planning.
