Job Description - The job requires skill set in FP&A i.e. a thorough understanding, exposure and experience in Financial Planning, Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting.

Client Details :

The client is one of the largest food company with its presence in over 120 countries across the globe. It has recently acquired three other global companies in their international acquisitions. Thus, it is a progressive organisation on a growth path. Of its many brands, three iconic brands are very well known across the globe and fondly loved by the masses.

Description :

The key responsibilities of the role are :

- Perform comprehensive variance analysis and determine root cause for each significant variance

- Examine standard costs against actual to identify process inefficiencies, improvement opportunities and low-profit products

- Analysis of Monthly Budget Variance Report and reporting the same along with reasons to the CFO of the company.

- Compilation of various reports and analysis through comparison

- Overhead budget preparation

- Actual v/s Budget comparatives analysis

Profile :

- A successful candidate should be a CA(first attempt only) with a background in Financial Planning, Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Since the client is in the FMCG industry, they are looking for a candidate from FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer durable, alcohol and beverages.
