Location: Hyderabad/Nellore

Job Description:

- Responsible for the Financial Operations at the Plant including Accounts Receivables/ payable / Taxation / Banking

- Responsible to lead the team and ensure timely execution of Finance and Accounts Functions at the plant

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

- Assist Finance Head and Head Office Team in the daily banking requirements.

- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all accounting transaction in SAP

- Ensure all statutory compliance - Direct Tax & Indirect Taxes are adhered to in time

- Supports budget and forecasting activities.

- Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.

- Support Head Finance with special projects and workflow process improvements.

- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.

- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.

- Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.

Skills:

- CA qualified is must with manufacturing accounting experience

- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Must have excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions

- Be a leader and initiator
