Role is with a startup in the used-car e-commerce industry with over 600 + employees and presence in over 10 cities.  Location: Gurgaon  Preference - someone with e-commerce experience.   Job Responsibilities :  - Prepare, examine and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards  - Coordinating with Statutory auditors, one of the Big4 firms in completing statutory audit of Indian and Singapore operations, IFRS conversion and consolidation of accounts  - Spearhead the ICFR implementation in the company  Internal audit : Set up the internal audit department, co-ordinate the conduct of audit and push for implementing audit observations  Banking : Be the key lead for collaborating with Bank for finding long-term, innovative solutions for business needs  Insurance : Be the SPOC for insurance requirement of the company  - Checking & assessing the value drivers of business and developing analysis to facilitate business decision-making.  - Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.  We are looking for:  A Chartered Accountant of 2013 batch or 2015 batch working in reputed startups /organization shaving relevant experience in Accounts & finance and handling audits.  We are offering :  A challenging role with tremendous potential for personal and professional growth.
