Manager - Finance - CA - eCommerce

Looking for a Manager Finance for one of the E-Comm company based out in Delhi

The candidate should be a qualified CA and should have 2+ years of experience in a top CA firm.

Should be exposed to Audit and Tax related services, management services and Financial services

- Should be able to manage companies financial system and budgets, undertake audits and provide advice.

- Capable of Tax planning and resolving issues related to all business activities, filing returns, registrations etc.

- General Accounting including bookkeeping, finalization of balance sheets, reconciliation etc.

Preparation of Statutory compliance reports .

- ROC registration, compliances and allotment of shares, formation of new companies, directors etc.

- Post article ship experience and exposure in E Commerce sector.

Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
