Manager - Finance - CA + CS - BFSI

The role will include but definitely not be limited to:

- Finance & Accounts Function

- Cash Flow Planning, MIS and Budgeting

- Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance

- Investor Reporting

- Compliance w.r.t. Fund Documents and Side Letters

- Transaction Support

CA + CS with 5+ years of experience with at least last 2-3 years in VC/PE Funds or Mutual Fund AMCs
