Requirement for a leading Consulting firm to support Corporate Finance, Accounting Advisory Services etc. for the business corporate clients
Job Description :
Finance and Accounts :
- Financial review of operations
- Review of monthly performance, preparing and analysing of performance reports and ad-hoc studies for the management
- Preparation of budgets, MIS reporting, Business planning on a quarterly/yearly basis on current performance parameters to meet business ambitions
- Ownership of the invoicing and billing system
- Handling auditor queries and coordinating filing of regulatory taxes
- Developing, maintaining and optimizing the existing report system
- Managing controls and compliances and supporting diligence's both legal and financial
- Book Keeping & Financial Closure of Books as per IGAAP i.e Balance Sheet / P&L
- Managing Cash Flows & banking relationship
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Qualified CA with 2-5 years of experience
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Strong financial analysis, financial modelling skill
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
- Experience on working with accounting software's like Tally / MS office
- Comfortable with fast paced environment and all aspects of change management.
