Manager - Finance

Our client is one of the leading commercial real estate (office property) and retail focused venture funded by a global Private Equity player.

About the role :

- Hands on experience of accounts and finance - finalization & consolidation, balance sheet management and MIS

- Good understanding of direct & indirect taxes

- Should have good understanding of reporting like IFRS, IGAAP etc. will be responsible for consolidation and reporting of all entities

- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

- Should be able to handle agreements with distributors, strategic partners, vendors.

- Analyse spending trends and provide recommendation for cost optimization.

Required :

- Education: CA (First attempt preferred)

- Experience: 4-10 years

- Familiar with working within a corporate, retail & commercial environment

- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results

- Skilled in maintaining Management Information System (MIS) to generate various reports like Expenses Reporting, Vendor Payments, reconciliation etc.
